today, i went to NJC for the sigma research attachment program. it took ya kuan and i half an hour to find the lab. and then we realized that we'd walked past it when we entered the school.
anyway, it was ok... we cloned DNA. um... there was a scientist and a NTU student teaching us. it was kinda interesting to note that the uni student seemed to know more about DNA then the scientist.
haha. turns out, only two of us turned up for the program. no other school came. haha! quite sad really, cuz i couldn't yawn in their faces or space off.
oh and i think i messed up in adding the specifically minute amount of buffer, primers, polymerase, MgCl2, distilled water, DNPT mix and plasmic into the tube. haha. let's see what results they shall hold tomorrow. probably some one-of-a-kind ones. just like me. muahahha!
