i feel... demoted

1) I couldn't do sit ups.
2) I couldn't even manage 100 jumps.
3) I couldn't do a handstand for 1 min.
4) I couldn't do tuck jumps.
5) AND lao shi said wo pang le.

YES. Not training for months does this to you. My warning to those people out there, please do not, I repeat, do not skip your trainings. You will feel utterly helpless when you get back.

And now it's back to dieting.
